Thank you for submitting your property for the caravan.
Please note, this is not a confirmation that your listing will be included. Caravans are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, starting with breakfast at Armetta’s in Apollo Beach at 8:30 AM. All listing agents or their representative are required to attend and will have the opportunity to speak about their property.
We leave Armetta’s by 9:30 AM and tour the selected homes. Agents will check in using a QR code at each property to provide feedback, which will be sent to the listing agent the following morning.
Listings are chosen based on location to keep the route efficient. If your home is selected, you'll be notified the week of the tour and provided with a QR code to display at the property.
Either the listing agent or a representative must be present during the tour. We’ll give you an estimated arrival time once the schedule is finalized.
